  2. The term is for 3 years commencing July 1, 2011 and terminating June 30, 2014. All minimum wages will increase 2% each year. Term & Compensation

  3. Pension & Health contribution rates will increase by 1.5% beginning July 1, 2011. Schedule breaks and select money breaks will also increase. Term & Compensation Cont’d

  4. Airline travel provisions modified to allow business class travel, and coach class travel for flights under 1,000 miles. (Exceptions: Vancouver and Toronto, Canada. Click here for details.) Actors retain the ability to negotiate for first class travel. Travel & Related

  5. The Los Angeles Studio Zone now includes certain locations beyond the 30-mile radius. The Los Angeles 10-mile Reporting Zone provision now applies to all L.A. productions. Travel & Related Cont’d

  6. Expanded definition of “covered performer” means that more productions made for new media must now be covered by a SAG contract. New Media

  7. Additional provisions of the SAG Basic Agreement have been made applicable to productions made for new media. Expanded definition of what constitutes “promotional” (non-compensated) use of clips on consumer-pay new media platforms. New Media Cont’d

  8. Major Role Minimum now applies to certain pay television programs. Improved non-discrimination and diversity language. Other Provisions

  9. Increase in background numbers and transportation after night work for NY background. New sideletter establishes fixed caps (in lieu of case-by-case waivers) on number of covered background actors for programs made for the CW.
