  1. Beta New Rules and Regulations 2/3 vote

  2. Deadline December 16 • 15 hours due if use summer hours • 10 hours due if not use summer hours • Can mix match national, individual, and community

  3. Students • Must copy all hours and keep an individual folder of hours • Will have it all recorded in the club but just in case something happens to the files then you have a back up

  4. Bars • For each year you are a member of Sr. Beta • Students that only complete 2 years only get 2 bars

  5. Transferring Members Fees • If a member of Beta in another school the fee -- $15 • If a new member -- $30 (new member fee)

  6. New Member Fees • New members must pay $30

  7. Transferring & New Members Hours • If you have never been in Beta club before and wish to join then • Must complete ½ the hours of the each year that was not a member of Beta • Ex) If join in 11th grade then must make up ½ of 9th grade hours, ½ of 10th grade hours, and all of 11th and 12th • So 10 hours for freshman, 15 hours for sophomore, 30 for junior, and 30 for senior • (Make up hours) Can be made up in the course graduation but required needs to be met in the deadline days • Pay fee • And receives bars from that point on • Includes members who join half way through year

  8. Deserters --Members wishing to drop membership • If wish to rejoin • Must pay a fee of $20 • And will be required to make up all hours from point they left the club to the point they become a member again. • Ex) If leave complete 9th, and 10th grade year. Isn’t a member in 11th, then joins again in 12th. They must complete all 30 hours they missed in 11th and the 30 hours in 12th grade. • Can only quit, and return once.

  9. Vote 2/3 • Heads down hands up (we be callin’ da cops)
