  2. Purpose To test if the differences in altitude will affect the time in baking the cookies.

  3. Hypothesis We think that the cookies will cook better in a higher altitude, rather then a lower.

  4. Method We connected a lab quest and a barometer to the gondola oven, and tracked the baking process of the cookies.

  5. Data The oven only got to 91*F It need to be around 150*F

  6. DATA Here the altitude stop due the photo op

  7. Analysis The cookies began to cook, but didn’t completely bake. The oven must get hotter in order to bake the cookies.
