Discussion on group’s reports On the engagement of stakeholders, need to take into consideration the individual and the global perspective For SH involvement importance to consider possible actions during the development of the IRPA initiative and after the initiative is done Possible title for the Guiding Principles : Guiding Principles for Radiation protection Professionals for Improving RP Culture Agreement on the the fact that RP culture is above regional/cultural differences Discussion on the differences between RP culture and safety culture. Consensus that protection focuses on people and behavior and safety focuses on systems Expectation that involvement of SH during the process of the initiative will help to finalize definition

Discussion on roadmap Suggestion to compress the proposed roadmap as much as possible Need to take opportunities of international congresses of professional societies to present and discuss the successive draft documents Approval that the drafting group should involved volunteers from different regions of the world under the leadership of Bernard Le Guen
