  5. Our Mission Unity Center is a spiritual community centered in God, fostering spiritual growth, inner strength, integrity and learning. Through the teachings of Jesus and other Master Teachers, our loving family provides inspiration, healing and service to our church and community. LoV

  6. One Presence/One Power Unity believes there is one Presence and one Power in the universe and in our lives, and that power is God. God is absolute Spirit , absolute good and everywhere present. LoV

  7. God Individualized in Everyone Unity believes human beings are expressions of God and have the spark of divinity within.  Therefore, they are inherently good. LoV

  8. Law of Mind Action Unity believes human beings create their own experiences by the activity of their thoughts.  "A thought held in mind produces after its own kind."  Positive thoughts produce positive results. Negative thoughts produce negative results. LoV

  9. Unity believes knowing and understanding the laws of life (Truth) are not enough.  We must also strive to live the Truth that we know. LoV

  10. We accept Jesus as our spiritual teacher and recognize that the same Christ Spirit that was within Jesus is also within us. We also honor other spiritual teachers and Masters of Life. LoV

  35. Do I, in the way that I move through life, add greater lift for those around me, or drag? Are we in the flow in a competitive spirit or a cooperative spirit? Do I give others a chance to lead and/or serve? How much of my honking (or talking) is encouraging and motivating and uplifting? Or, how much of it is just to get the one in front of me out of the way? How easy is it for me to step out of my formation (my routine) to be there for others? LoV

  36. If we have the sense of a goose, we will go a long way in creating the kind of Conscious Caring Community we all want to live in LoV
