Course Description This session will review the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guiding principles for exercise programs, to include the common approach to exercise program management. Through HSEEP, exercise planners may develop, design, execute and evaluate exercises across the whole community to improve capacity to build, sustain and deliver core capabilities
