  2. Inspector General - Special Staff • Coordinate with the Groups to conduct Subordinate Unit Inspections (SUI) IAW the published schedule. Use a 36-month schedule. • Ensure that SUI reports are to Wing within 14 days after a SUI and distributed to the unit within 30 days. Ensure suspense dates are met and distributed to the Wing. Track unit responses to Findings within 30 days. • Ensure SUI results are shared within the Wing. • Work with Chief of Staff to ensure the staff visits units to address Findings. • Assist the A4 as impartial Reports of Survey officers as requested. • Conduct complaint investigations and issue reports. • Provide training opportunities throughout the year including opportunities to train as an IG staff member. • Continue to provide timely advice and guidance in IG matters.

December 2010: Bethesda-Chevy Chase Composite Squadron – Subordinate Unit Inspection – 2 Dec 10. Group 2 – Subordinate Unit Inspection – 11 Dec 10. January 2011: Fort McHenry Composite Squadron - Subordinate Unit Inspection – 18 Jan 11. February 2011: Osprey Composite Squadron – Subordinate Unit Inspection – 15 Feb 11. Howard Composite Squadron – Subordinate Unit Inspection – 24 Feb 11.
