PayFlex Overview • The administration of the Blue Health & Savings, Green Health & Savings, FSA and Limited Purpose FSA is administered by PayFlex. • Members enrolled in either Health & Savings plan or FSA will see PayFlex noted on variousmaterials including the debit card. • The Aetna Green Health & Savings Plan and the Anthem Blue Health & Savings Plan will both have the HSA administered through PayFlex. • MasterCard Debit Cards will be provided upon enrollment for HSA and FSA members.

PayFlexBenefits • Enhanced Member Portal • Customizable account alerts available via web or email • New HSA Payment Options ($1.50 fee for paying providers online waived) • Online FSA Claim Submission and Debit Card Transaction • Free Mobile Smartphone App • Health Savings Account (HSA) • New Investment Options will be available • Debit cards only (No checkbook or ATM withdrawals) • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Robust self- service portal that allows for account access, payment specifications, online claim submission, and debit card transaction view. • Customizable account alerts – web & email • Limited Purpose FSA submissions will remain a manual process. However, these can be submitted online, by fax or direct through your mobile phone app.
