What is wholesaling ? Whereas, a retailer buys LOW and sells HIGH. A wholesaler buys VERY LOW and sells LOW ! REI Success Brainwash
Wholesaling - Putting a property under contract and assigning your contract (or equitable interest) to another investor, for a PROFIT.
