The nature of love… intense, life-affirming, transgressive, violent, non-conformist, identified with ill-doing, ephemeral, painful carries with it its own mortality its death or suppression equated with the extermination of life… as at Hiroshima hence the link between ‘la tonte’ and the nature of mass-cruelty
