  2. Hosting your Golf Day Parys Golf and Country Estate Golf (Pty) Ltd would hereby like to formally put in the request to be the proud host of your golf event during 2019. This could be in the form of a small team build or a corporate golf day. Different options are available depending on the size of your event. As a service provider we assist with the organising, set up and running of the event.

  5. Costing Structure Rates are only applicable from Tuesdays to Fridays (Midweek) Rates valid until 31 March 2020 Public Holidays excluded Terms and Conditions Apply Above cost includes green fees and cart only Meal options available

  6. Branding & Sponsorships

  7. Terms and Conditions A 50% deposit is required within 30 days of booking the golf day to secure the date. Full payment to be settled 14 days before the event. Final number of golfers and carts must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. A shotgun start may only be used in the event of 80 or more golfers. In all other cases a single tee start or a two tee start may be used. No shotgun starts allowed on Fridays for less than 100 players. Should a shotgun start be booked: Golf days will be changed to a 2 tee start 30 days prior to said golf day in the event that the field is less than 80 players. Parys Golf and Country Estate Golf (Pty) Ltd will not charge a fee for any sponsorship or branding. Parys Golf and Country Estate Golf (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for erecting or dismantling of any branding material. Parys Golf and Country Estate Golf (Pty) Ltd does not supply tables, chairs, gazebos or ice for sponsors. Parys Golf and Country Estate Golf (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for driving sponsors or promotional ladies to and from the hole sponsored.

  8. Parys as a Destination Parys as a destination offers numerous activities for all visitors and accommodation for over 3000 guests

  9. Site Inspection A site inspection can be made by any party involved in the golf day. If you would like to experience our facilities, a voucher is available prior to your golf day for 4 players and 2 carts. A meeting will be scheduled to work through a checklist for the golf day. During this meeting details concerning the golf day will be discussed, e.g. Meals for the day, Order of events, Format, Registration, Prize Giving, etc. Please contact The Pro Shop, details on last page, for arrangements.
