  3. MANAGEMENT G. DHARMA RAOMANAGING DIRECTOR Mr. G. Dharma Raowas born in India in 1976, he holds a B.Techin Mechanical Engineering, and a MBA in Operations Management. • He started his professional career in 1998 with M/s. Vijai Electricals Ltd, India (presently Toshiba T&D India Ltd), a 25 Billion INR company manufacturing Electrical Transmission & Distribution equipment. • Mr. Rao during his 20 years of rich and diversified experience, held increasingly senior level positions in Technology Innovation & Product development, Process establishment for various engineered products and had handled major level of assignments for setting up of several large scale manufacturing facilities across India. “A visionary leader with rich expertise in Setting up of new product manufacturing facilities, Technological innovation, product design & development and process automation, is instrumental in establishing VEDHA, a world class manufacturing facility with Best in class manufacturing practices”.

  4. MANAGEMENT K. NAGARJUNA REDDYEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr. K. Nagarjuna Reddy was born in India in 1973, he is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, and a member of ISHRAE (India) and ASHRAE (USA). • Having a rich experience of 20 years in the field of Indian HVAC industry, handling Projects sales for 10 years and Operations Management of HVAC Projects Execution for the last 10 years before establishing VEDHA. • His exposure to various practical issues faced while executing HVAC projects provided valuable insights while Designing and manufacturing the products, which played a key role in providing so many turn around solutions to our customers which benefitted them while executing their projects. • Utilizing his knowledge in HVAC project requirements, we have introduced new concepts for smooth completion of HVAC projects and gain wide spread customer attention. “His vast experience in Sales and Handling of HVAC projects have strengthened VEDHA’s ability to strategically analyze the HVAC market and competitive placement of the products by providing turn around solutions to the customers, thus becoming a reliable partner to the customers and able to achieve a larger footprint in the Indian HVAC market”.
