Feedbacks and lessons learnt after 9 months of installation • AD is still in a learning curve and a lot of lessons have been learnt during the installation phase of the cryogenic systems which has been a particularly intense activity. • Coordination of safety aspects and activities on site needs to be improved: • Needs for support regarding coordination for deliveries and lifting on site. • Central coordination of safety trainings for installation activities is required. • The current work permit system is time consuming and not sustainable in the long-run. • AD area supervisors are currently overloaded and additional support will be needed for the coordination of the electrical safety issues on site, in particular G02 and G04. • Importance of the establishment of card readers and safety strategy by ESS no later than Nov. 2017 for non-conventional hazard (ionising radiation, ODH and confined space) not covered by the current Skanska H&S plan.
