The Vision • The combined library is • a link between the municipality and the university • an active part in supporting the democratic values and the change towards a society of knowledge • an aggregated resource of knowledge in order to meet the development of lifelong learning • a place for creativity and contemplation for students, teachers, children, grown-ups and so on

  10. Learning Resource Centre • Cooperation between Mid Sweden University and the municipality of Härnösand • Targetgroup teachers, adult students, enterprises, citizens of Härnösand
