Strategy • Create OLLI course involving University leaders • Linked to campus strategy plan and OLLI-CSUF anniversary • Involve Dean of Extended Education in the recruitment of campus leaders • Inform campus external communications staff and student newspaper of presentations • Videotape presentations

  4. Results • Provost recruited to be first speaker • Introduced at class by Dean of Extended Education • Provost impressed by class response and Collaboration activities • Invited OLLI leaders to a follow up one-on-one meeting to explore a close relationship
