GU2 – STAGE 3 EVALUATION • This Graded Unit is designed to provide evidence that the learner has achieved the ……… aims of the HND Business. including • promote the development of transferable skills in planning, organising and evaluation and enable the learner to investigate business issues and problems in depth .

3. GU2 – STAGE 3 EVALUATION • 2 Higher National Unit credits at SCQF level 8: (16 SCQF credit points at SCQF level 8) • Stage 3 — Evaluating 24% • Report including seven sections.

4. GU2 – STAGE 3 EVALUATION • Brief outline of the investigation. • Assessment of progress in achieving objectives. • Commentary on success of Stages 1 and 2. • Assessment of reliability/validity of sources. • Assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the report of the investigation. • Recommendations for future investigations. • Assessment of new skills and knowledge gained during the process of the investigation.

5. GU2 – STAGE 3 EVALUATION ACTIVITY • Using the Guidance notes and the Evidence Requirements checklist discuss what you would look for in a report. • Consider two student Evaluation Reports. • Discuss these reports, strong points, weaknesses. • Using the checklists “mark” the reports.
