FP6-2003-ACC-SSA-FoodTime-table (15-17 Sept 2003) • Monday: briefing, formalities, reading, drafting individual assessments. • Tuesday: reading, finalising individual assessments, presentation of initial marks, plenary discussion, reaching consensus. • Wednesday: finalisation of consensus reports, discussion and feedback to the Commission.

  6. FEEDBACK FROM THE EVALUATION PANEL • More detailed financial plans should be requested. • Appropriate tools (i.e. a web site where co-ordinators could sent their ideas beforehand) should be offered to allow for co-ordination and possible merging of proposals. • To guarantee an added value for ACC the proposals should be obligatorily co-ordinated by ACC scientists. • To facilitate ACC access to programmes a hot line or specific entry point should be made available on Cordis.
