  2. Scott DeFoe is commended for employing strategic-level analysis from the intelligence community, law enforcement, and the private sector. Ensured a coordinated ability to identify and monitor potential or actual incidents among critical infrastructure domains.

  3. While working as the Director of Security at L&R Group of Companies - Los Angeles, CA, Scott DeFoe mitigated expected threats. Utilized preplanned coordinated actions in response to infrastructure warnings or incidents. He also managed and conducted internal investigations and audits.
