May 11-May 27, 2020 (during Ramadan!) • Minimum enrollment: 10 participants • Doc Lo and Sarah • Option to enroll in either COLA298 (GSS Carolina Core) FREN 398 (for major/minor credit, if applicable) • Taught in Preston T/R 11:55am-12:45pm • Trip after finals and commencement • Trip provider: WorldStrides/ISA

  3. We will visit: • Casablanca • Rabat • Meknès • Fès • Chefchaouen • Essaouira • Tangier • Marrakech

  4. We will experience: • Homestays with Moroccan families • Service opportunity • Artisan workshops (pottery, calligraphy, and tile making) • Couscous cooking class • Boat ride on the BouRegreg • Visits to Roman ruins • Hammam (optional), traditional dancing, music, henna (optional)

  5. Preston Travel Grant (available to all students currently living in Preston for the Morocco trip) • $1,500 per Preston resident • Will be applied to your Spring tuition bill • You will still need to make all payments for the trip ($3,600) • Not automatically applied to any costs

  6. No refunds will be issued once payment deadline passes. No refunds after January 3, 2020.
