MAICOM SYSTEMS  The business was initiated in 2007 by SSC SynTec company and is continued now by MS which was established in Moscow in January, 2013 as full subsidiary of Maicom Quarz GmbH  Full Russian legal entity  General manager: Hermann Marsch  Managing director in Moscow: Alexey Shklyaev  Registered at several customs offices in Russia  Independent partner for Russian customers and western suppliers in Hi-Tec industry 3

Customer has to operate logistic and customs procedures, but sometimes hasn’t opportunity or doesn’t want to do it 2. What’s necessary to start a shipment ?  first of all – trade contract or logistic support agreement should be concluded as juristic basis of MS activity  well-defined task: we need to understand what should be done (standard import or temporary import or replace of damaged part or export or …), all parties and contract picture, delivery terms, payments terms full list of items prepared for shipment with related information: authentic and comprehensive technical information sufficient to match relevant Russian customs tariff code, country of origin, producer, trade mark should be provided by Supplier. Information can be presented as product catalogue, technical description, manual, drawing and/or other options, photos are highly appreciated; all information indicated on labels of goods and package must be 100% identical to information in shipping documents 10
