Wanted: new innovations • variations for fixed term job, seasonal work and part time work • “one employer, one employee” -principle • voluntary for employees • operated by one user company or temporary agency work company • respect on sectoral collective agreements • - minimum working hours/year (no zero –contracts) • protection for user companies employees (not to be replaced) • supervision rights for user companies workers representatives (law) • right for extra training
