  1. Secure IBIS-Q Tutorial: Exporting Data to Excel IBIS makes it easy to export data results to Excel.

  2. In this example, we have results for All live births to Utah resident mothers regardless of where they occurred for Davis County by ZIP code for 2009.

  3. Simply click on the “Output to Excel” button, and IBIS will bring the information up in an Excel window in your browser.

  4. Once you click on the “Output to Excel” button, you will see a pop-up window entitled “Opening Count.xls”. You can choose to Open the file or to Save the file to your computer. Once you have made your selection, click on the “Ok” button to submit.

  5. IBIS will paste the query documentation and the detailed data list into the Excel spreadsheet.

  6. To save the Excel spreadsheet, you’ll need to: • Select “Save As…” from the “File” pull-down menu. • Select file type: Excel Workbook. • Then name and save the file.
