Stainless Steel Ball AISI 420C Stainless Steel Balls • Material: AISI 420C • Diameter: 0.5mm-300.00mm; • Precision Grade: G20,G40,G80,G100,G200, G500, G1000, • Hardness: HRC52-60 • Application: Special bearings, automotive seatbelts & components, pumps, lighters, and ballpoint pens. Corrosion Resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance in industrial atmospheres, fresh water, steam, organic compounds, dairy products, and mild acidic environments. Good in food, alkaline solutions, and salt atmospheres. But it does not resist contact with seawater and strong acids.

  4. Grinding & Polishing Media Satellites / Bicones These shaped steel products are made of high-quality stainless steel wire and carbon steel wire after cold heading and polishing. They are for surface bright polishing and tumbling purposes. They are used for tumbling and bright surface polishing. After rough polishing and intermediate polishing, it is used to further polish parts, greatly enhancing the brightness of the part’s surface. They are available in two different shapes: Satellites or Bicone. Satellite: Flying saucer presence of a spherical cap and equatorial ring. Bicone: The equatorial ring is absent or slightly prominent, conical cap with a flat/spherical/beveled tip.
