Electrodynamic Vibration Systems

Sdyn’s SEV and SEW series of Electrodynamic Shaker produces vibration based on the principle of magnetism. The SEV series is air cooled and SEW series is water cooled, respectively. The product portfolio covers all ranges of shaker, from 10 kgf up to 32000 kgf and beyond.<br><br>An Electrodynamic Shaker has two separate coils, one is stationary and the other is dynamic. A stationary magnetic field is produced from the stationary or field coil inside the shaker body and a dynamic magnetic field is produced from the dynamic or armature coil winded on the armature. Interaction of these two magnetic fields causes the freely suspended armature to move. This principle of magnetism is based on Fleming’s Left Hand Rule.

In last two decades we have organized hundreds of awareness events, in last one year, we have organized 9 events across India and abroad. As we have participated in exhibitions at Bengaluru Space Expo 2016, Bengaluru & Automotive Testing Expo 2016, Chennai & Expo Control 2016, Moscow – Russia & Defexpo 2016, Goa & India Electronics Week 2016, Bangalore and conducted a seminar On Vibration Shaker & Vibration Testing, Chennai – India. 1 Mr. Mukesh Goel (Managing Director, Sdyn) delivering his Inaugural Address. 2 Dr. V Bhujanga Rao - Distinguished Scientist &former Director General (Naval Systems & Materials), DRDO 2 S events successful. The presence of delegates from different sectors such as automotive, defense, power, railways, transportation and testing laboratories made us realize the importance of vibration discipline. Over 100 delegates attended the seminar with the experts in the field from DRDO & Industry for an interactive session. Dr. V Bhujanga Rao – Distinguished Scientist & former Director General (Naval Systems & Materials), DRDO has enlightened with his immense knowledge and experience on Vibration and Shock Testing with Fixture Design followed by the session on understanding of PSD profiles and road simulation etc by the Principal Director Mr. Krishna Balamurali an NVH expert.
