The supplementary figure presents the functional categorization of Tentative Consensus showing differential hybridization signals in IL10-1 vs. M82. The categorization is based on GO Molecular Function vocabulary retrieved through Blast2GO Gene Ontology mapping. Up-regulated and down-regulated TCs are calculated as a percentage of total classifications.

Categorization was performed according to GO Molecular Function (MF) vocabulary as retrieved through Blast2GO Gene Ontology mapping. Differentially expressed TCs were categorized as split into up-regulated and down-regulated TCs and calculated as percentage of the total number of classifications .
