Sean Christopher Letona Has Worked As A Field Training Officer In Pinellas Park Police Department
An honorary citizen of Jacksonville, Florida, Sean Christopher Letona has held many positions in different sectors throughout his career and is presently employed in a reputable mental health care facility as a case manager. He completed his graduation from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg, and attended the American Military University, West Virginia to pursue his post-graduation degree in Homeland Security. In 1996, he joined the United States Navy as a second glass signalman who was responsible for conducting visual communication between the ships using semaphore, flags and Morse Code through flashing lights.
During 2001, Sean Christopher Letona joined the Pinellas Park Police Department as a police officer and helped in the enforcement of Florida Criminal and motor vehicle laws. He was also responsible for developing a curriculum for new Office Survival and Ground Fighting training program, and supervising its implementation into the training protocol. The different positions that he enjoyed while working at Pinellas Park Police Department are Field training officer, Undercover Narcotics Detective and SWAT Assistant Team Leader. For his dedication and hard work, he was awarded with the '2005 Employee of the Quarter'.
