GDPR Data Protection Course - One Education
The rise of smartphones and social media over the past 15 years has led to many of us worrying about our data privacy. Until recently, the government was stuck with legislation from the mid-90s, wholly unfit to deal with the challenges of modern life. But GDPR has changed all of that. Coming into force in May 2018, the EUu2019s General Data Protection Regulation gives people more control over their own data and penalises companies who misuse it for profit. If your business breaches GDPR, you may be looking at a fine of up to 4% of your annual global turnover, or u20ac20 million u2013 whichever is greater. See details: http://bit.ly/gdpr-data-protection
