This was one of the hardest yet the most relieving tip I had on the list. Letting go of the people you have been with for years is really hard to do, but having them dragging you down all the time is a lot harder. Toxic relationships can only add up negativity to low self esteem. Have yourself surrounded by healthy relationships so you can become the person you always dreamed to be.
