We’re infatuated with turtlenecks for guys. We’ve got a really long story about why we love them and why we set out to make a better one, but for your sake, a lot of this is going to boil down to TL;DR: we make a better turtleneck for guys. Given our love for the t-neck, we were really curious as to why such an iconic and good-looking garment was seen so infrequently in our day-to-day lives. We understood that at it’s core, to the average guy, turtlenecks are draped in stigma. We see them on the screen on some of our favorite visionaries, athletes, intellectuals, and entertainers, but it’s not type of thing we picture ourselves in. And we found that a lot of the turtlenecks we were seeing may look good on the red carpet or in front of camera’s but weren’t really the most logical thing to wear for an average day during our busy lives (they were also usually pretty $$$$). So aside from the stigma, we thought maybe if we made a t-neck that is more suitable for our lives today, we may be able to slowly turn some of the perception around t-necks.
