Reflection and analysis are part of any change and, after years of research exploring formulas that brought us closer to educational change from different angles, all enriching, but all different, we say stop. We discovered that we were prepared to be able to guide our change and we resorted to introspection in the CMT charisma of our educational mission to mark some guidelines. Take a step back to make sense of the change. We mark that the integral education of our students, the follow-up, the personalized attention and the preparation for the life, for the today, should be the routes that would limit our trip and they would assure us the effectiveness of the change.
