How to Obtain Product and Ingredient Approval from FSSAI?
: To ensure that all foods that are manufactured or imported in India are completely safe and will not cause any health hazards, government has set some rules one need to follow and obtain permission for marketing new food products. Food products which have ingredients or any kind of additives that do not comply with the standards as set under FSSAI Act and Regulations needs Non-Specified Food Approval or in other words Product Approval from FSSAI. It is granted by the central Government of India for ensuring that the food product contains all the ingredients and additives that are completely safe for human consumption.
