Last month brought big changes to the Wills-Stewart household, a time of 'letting go while holding on' to both of our children. Katelyn decided to live at home her first at the UT College of Veterinary Medicine, and we took John to UTC to begin his college career. Yep, a big week of firsts and lasts and goodbyes and tears. Obviously, the tears are mine. (John asked that I refrain from crying until I was in the car on the way home and for the most part I was able to do that.) This is every parents' dilemma - when it's time for them to leave the nest, how do you stay connected?
