Extraction of pazufloxacin mesilate using magnetic attapulgite clay nanoparticles prior to determination by fluorimetric

In this paper, a kind of magnetic attapulgite nanocomposites was successfully synthesized and used as the adsorbent for the magnetic solid-phase extraction of pazufloxacin mesilate prior to u02dauorimetric detection. Un- der optimized conditions, the linear range of pazufloxacin mesilate was 2u00f136 ng mL u00f11 , and the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves was 0.9998. The limits of detection of the method was 0.27 ng mg u00f11 . The results demonstrated that the proposed method was rapid, reliable, and efficient for the determination of PZFX in urine and plasma samples
