The site is a spoof of an illegal site called www.usmilitarycontracting.org where successive Army Contracting Officers, Army Corp of Engineers, and Air Force Contracting Officers utilized the illegal site to steer U.S. Government contracts. The logo is the to commemorate the headquarters of the birthplace of ACC or rather known as the Army Corruption Command borne from 2 criminal enterprises operating in Kuwait at Camp Arifjan. These criminal organizations were headed by and coordinated by Army General Officers and under the command of ASG Commander John S. Alexander. These U.S. Army Majors were MAJ John Cockerham, MAJ Christopher Murray, MAJ James Momon, MAJ Eddie Pressley.
