Vantage Agora created a StaffLink as a Agent Management System service targeted to mid-sized and large insurance brokers. It is a software agent that runs on a managed node and provides an interface to manage it. The new service gives an additional option for our clients to manage their outsourced insurance resources. A key component of the Agent Management System is a secure portal that authorised agents can access via the Internet. Our system provides a central platform for account managers to track and manage their agent relationships including: Managing the agent recruitment and approval process, Tracking agent performance including student conversions against targets Co-ordinating marketing events, Managing international trips and appointments.
