Increase Rate of Force Production Increased force production can come from a variety of methods, such as building stronger legs with squat, deadlifts, and other forms of resistance training. However, in most sports, such as weightlifting, strongman, functional fitness, and more formal athletics; the ability to promote force at increasing rates is a key indicator of athletic potential.
