Examining the Relation Between Information Technology and Promoting Services Quality in Shiraz Shahid Rajaie

The present study has been conducted in 1395 and with the aim of examining the relation between information technology and promoting services quality in Shiraz Shahid Rajaie hospital. This research statistical population was constituted from departmental managers and personnel of Shahid Rajaie hospital in Shiraz city whose number was equal to 138 and according to Cochran formula; the sample content was calculated 102 persons who were selected by simple sampling method and participated in the study.
