An IQ test is a test purportedly developed to determine a person's intelligence. IQ tests are standardized tests, which indicate they are administered in the very same way to different individuals. In the United States, the usage of IQ tests as a basis of work is prohibited by a United States Supreme Court decision, Griggs v.
