The trail passes through villages Chele and Tangbe crossing several passes of around 4,000 meters. You will pass through the mysterious ancient ruins of palaces and local monasteries until you arrive capital of Lo-Manthang. As you move further up the valley you will realize the culture becomes increasingly Tibetan.
