This center is a 27,000 square foot facility that has a pool, warm water therapeutic pool, indoor walking track, cardio and weight equipment, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, locker rooms, and saunas. In addition to all these fitness options, the center also has studios for a mental and physical sport that has no season: yoga!
