Energy Savings by utilize of the Correct Spray Nozzle
One of the overlooked areas is the usage of the proper spray nozzle. Header tanks pump sophisticated controls, pipework is all immaterial if the spray nozzle "at the sharp end" is not providing the best amount of fluid (circulation rate) at the proper spray angle and with the best spray pattern.
