While much of us think we practice well, we normally fail to see the little things that may injure our practice. There are so numerous things to pay and consider attention to while getting in and remaining in an asana (a yoga posture), that those little angles and corners are not getting the right attention. This practice of ours, which is more typical than we wish to think, causes of health problem and unnecessary pain. From bone pain to muscle contractions, through headache and tiredness, and even nausea. Taking the wrong posture in the incorrect method is hazardous.
