What do you do if… You find you have 15 minutes instead of the 45 you planned on. • Don’t try to talk fast • Estimate the time you need for each part • Keep your eye on your watch • Main points • Be prepared next time
What do you do if… You arrive and are told the decision maker can't attend. • Someone will report it • In one sentence: What do I want the decision maker to do? • State it in the beginning and in the end
What do you do if… Your throat dries out. • Tiny piece of paper in the back of your mouth flow of saliva • Try it at home
