  3. In networking, workstation refers to any computer connected to a local-area network.It could be a workstation or a personal computer.

  4. Components parts(hardware) in workstation

  5. Graphic card • Function:- optimized the visualization capability and increase graphic quality.

  6. Motherboard • Functions :-holds many of the crucial electronic components of the system, such as the central processing unit (CPU) and memory, and provides connectors for other peripherals.

  7. CPU(Central Processing Unit) • Functions :-carries out the instructions of a computer program by performing the basic arithmetical, logical, and input/output operations of the system.

  8. RAM(Random Access Memory) • Functions :- allows stored data to be accessed directly in any random order.

  9. Software • OS (operating system)
