  1. How to book a Japan Rail Pass in 11 steps ?

  2. Step #1 – Booking creation • (1) As usual, enter the Departure Date from country and the Agent Name and click on “Product Tree”. 1

  3. Step #2 – Product Selection • (1) In the product tree, in the Non-European Rail products section, select one of the “Japan Rail Pass” products. 1

  4. Step #3 – Product Search • (1) Search the product thanks to the multi-criteria search. • (1) Choose the criteria in the “Search By” drop down list • (1) Select the search value in the “Value” drop down list • (2) Click on “Add” button to add the search criteria • (3) Then Click on “Search” • (4) Search in the “Available Fares” table, the requested product • (5) Enter the number of products you wish to select in the column “# of Pax”. • (6) The “Fare Details” box indicates added information about the product. • (7) Click on “Select Fares” 3 1 2 5 4 6 7

  5. Step #4 – Passengers • Go to “Passengers” Tab • (1) Click on “Add New Passenger” button • (2) Follow the instructions and enter Title, First Name, Last Name of the passenger • (3) Click on “Create Passenger”. 1 2 3

  6. Step #5 – Passengers • Your passenger has been successfully created.

  7. Step #6 – Passengers • Go to “Booking Details” Tab • (1) Click on “Select Booking Details”, select the product you want. • (2) Click on “Associated Passenger” and assign the right passenger to the right product. • (3) Click on “Confirm” 1 2 2 3

  8. Step #7 – Booking details • Go to “Booking Recap” Tab • Product has been selected, passengers have been created, assigned to the product… • (1) If the result is compliant with your expectations, then click on “Next”. 1

  9. Step #8 – Booking finalisation • You are now back to the Euronet generic “home” screen. • (1) In the “Booked Products” box, select the “Japan Rail Pass”. • (2) Next to the “Product Description”, in the drop down box ticketing method, select E2Paper. • REMEMBER THAT ALL JAPAN RAIL PASSES ARE EXCLUSIVELY TICKETED AS E2PAPER. • (3) Then click on “Next”. 2 1 3

  10. Step #9 – Printing Process • You booking has been confirmed. You can now print your Japan Rail Pass on the E2PAPER. • (1) Click on “Print Now”. 1

  11. Step #10 – Printing Process • (1) Check “NERO” radio button • Select the right printer within your office and follow those instructions: • (1) Legal Size Bac 1 • (2) Letter Size Bac 2 • (3) Paper Type A4 • (5) Click on ”Next”. 1 2 3 4 5

  12. Step #11 – Printing Process • Euronet is currently sending the document to the printer

  13. TRAVEL DOCUMENT A • This is a valid Japan Rail Pass coupon printed via Euronet. • You have four DIFFERENT coupons (check Japanese characters right after Exchange Coupon for differences). Please refer to the extranet for further information regarding that important point. • A: For JapanRail and exchange at the train station • B:For the client • C For RE4A (GSA have to send it with refund coupons each end of month) • D: For the GSA B C D
