On the 1st day of Christmas, the amendments gave to me, the freedom of religion, speech ,assembly , petition, and press. -3-
On the 2nd day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to carry regulated weapons. -4-
On the 3rd day of Christmas, the amendments gave to me the right to not let soldiers live in your house without your permission. -5-
On the 4th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me, the right to not improperly be searched and seizure. -6-
On the 5th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me, the right to a trial by jury, no doublejeopardy, and a jury beyond a reasonable doubt. -7-
On the 6th day of Christmas, the amendments gave to me the right to be judged fairly. -8-
On the 7th day of Christmas, the amendments gave to me rights in cases that don’t involve a crime. -9-
On the 8th day of Christmas, the amendments gave to me the right to not be excessively punished. Santa in Jail -10-
On the 9th day of Christmas, the amendments gave to me rights that aren't included in the Constitution. Elves have the right to sing -11-
On the 10th day of Christmas the amendments gave to the states the right to make their own decisions. OR Making Toys… Making Chocolate! -12-
On the 11th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to sue the North Pole’s government if Santa is treating the elves unfairly. VS -13-
On the 12th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to choose a new Santa every four years. Vote for Santa Claus -14-
On the 13th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to not become Santa’s slave and that he has to pay me for working for him. Dobby the elf slave from Harry Potter -15-
On the 14th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to keep Santa or the North Pole from taking away the elves life, liberty, or property. Santa locking away elves in jail. -16-
On the 15th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to vote when I turn 18. -17-
On the 16th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the power for congress to take money from people depending on how rich they are. Donald Duck as Scrooge -16-
On the 17th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the power to choose who I want for the senate. -17-
On the 18th day of Christmas the amendments told me not to make or sell alcohol. Alcohol -18-
On the 19th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right for both girls and boys to vote. Elisa, Jack Frosts’ girlfriend Jack Frost -19-
On the 20th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the power for officials to decide what to do when a president dies or changes dates when the officials work. -20-
On the 21st day of Christmas the Amendments gave to me the freedom to drink alcohol once I become an adult. -23-
On the 22nd day of Christmas the Amendments told me that I can’t be president for more than two times. -24-
On the 23rd day of Christmas the Amendments told me that Washington D.C. can vote for who ever they want. -25-
On the 24th day of Christmas the Amendments gave to me the right to vote even if I don’t pay special taxes. -26-
On the 25th day of Christmas the Amendments told me that the vice president takes over as president if the original president dies or can’t work. -27-
On the 26th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the right to vote when I’m eighteen. -28-
On the 27th day of Christmas the amendments gave to me the change in congressional pay each election. -29-

Reasonable Doubt-uncertainty as to a criminal defendant's guilt; the level of certainty a juror must have to find a defendant guilty of a crime Amendment- a change to the constitution Excessively- going beyond the usual, necessary, or proper limit Congress- the national legislative body of the U.S., consisting of the Senate, or upper house, and the House of Representatives, or lower house, as a continuous institution. Taxes- a sum of money demanded by a government for its support or for specific facilities or services, levied upon incomes, property, sales, etc. -33-
