  3. Draw a Mountain Icebreaker!! • Get out a sheet of paper and draw a mountain. • Criteria: • A mountain • A road/path • Some trees • 5 MINUTES, GO!!!

General Meetings • Now-Spring Break • Every other Monday from 6:30-8pm. • Jan 28th (WPH 106) – Networking Tips and Dinner Etiquette • Feb 11th (VKC 156) – Interviewing Improv Games • Feb 25th (VKC 156) – Get the Most from Your Summer Internship and Negotiate Your Career • March 11th (VKC 156) – Your Learning Style and HENNA! • After Spring Break • Every other Tuesday from 6:30-8pm in GFS 101 • April 2nd – Community Service Event! • April 16th – Defense Workshop • April 30th – Ambassador Planned Event and Next Year Planning Workshop.

Other Meetings!! • Wed Jan 30th– Career Fair Prep (especially for underclassmen). 6:30pm GFS 116 • Wed Jan 6th– Spring Evening with Industry (see following slide) • Feb 20th?? – SWE Big/Lil Get to Know You • Feb TBA – Breakfast Fundraiser • Friday Mar 8th – Eaton Corporate Luncheon • Mar 27th?? – Big/Lil Social • April 24th?? – SWE Member’s Banquet!!

Spring Evening with Industry Location: The Radisson Grand Ballroom Date: Wednesday, February 6th, 2013 Time: 6-8pm ** You can only attend if you are a member!! http://sweusc.com/membership/become-a-member/ Current list of companies include (but are not limited to): Intel, Deloitte Consulting, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Kiewit Construction, Aera Energy, eBay, Turner Construction, CIA, SAIC, and Eaton. Timeline: Mon., Jan 28th: Student registration opens. To fully register you must (1) sign up on Google doc to be given out in next newsletter, (2) give $20 deposit (will be returned when you attend SEWI) to Maggie in CED, and (3) sign up for one company for dinner and one for dessert, also in CED. Fri., Feb 1st: Student registration period is closed.
