Behavior ManagementA Plan is a flexible Roadmap: Framing the activity for yourself, students AND a workable flow of action/lesson • Personal prep: know objectives and be flexible while sticking to the plan • What “flow” is going to work for my timeframe, intended lesson AND kids energy level • Cycle through periods of action and absorbing Flexify: to make ones self and ones lesson be more like yoga
