  3. Info • Charles XII was king of Sweden from 1697 to 1718. His time as king was overthrown by the Great northern war. Also known as “Charles the Habitué “. June 17 1682 to November 30 1718. Charles death was unclear. The most likely theory is that he was hit by a bullet from a Norwegian musket.
