  1. Introduction Which class do you think is the best at Pukekohe Hill School? I did a survey. Out of everyone I asked they all said that room 18 is the best class at Pukekohe Hill School. (We wont take into account that they are all from room 18 including one teacher.) But seriously, room 18 is the best class at Pukekohe Hill School and I'm about to tell you why.

  2. Virtues In our class we are a friendly, enthusiastic, helpful bunch. We try to follow and use virtues that help us in everyday life. Such as: honesty, respect, responsibility, tolerance and excellence. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention we are also very modest.

  3. F word The F word. How many of you are allowed to use the F word in class? I’m guessing none of you, well you might find this quite hard to believe but in room 18 we are allowed to use the F word. Yup, you heard right we are allowed to use the F word in class whenever we like. Cool aye!!

  4. Random Facts One of the things I really enjoy about being in room 18 is Mr D’s random facts. It’s as if his brain is like a computer storing all sorts of interesting and random facts ready to spit out at any moment.

  5. Random Facts (2) Like one time in maths he stopped us in the middle of what we were doing to tell us that crickets have their ears on their knees because their legs are higher than their heads making it easier for them to hear more.

  6. Random Facts (3) Even my mum looks forward to hearing what interesting things he has to say. In fact one of the first questions she asks me when I get home from school is: "What did Mr D have to say today?”

  7. Homework If you love homework – I’m afraid you’re out of luck! In our class Mr D believes that family time is important. So he doesn’t give us homework every week. I know, it sounds to good to be true doesn't it.

  8. Sport However, if you love sport then this is definitely the class you want to be in. Because Mr D is a sports freak! If he could, he would teach sport all day. He loves Basketball, Hockey, Soccer and Rugby. And if you are not so keen on sport like me, you are still in luck – he makes sport so much fun. Even if you normally hate it like I do, you will be amazed you’ll end up liking sport you normally wouldn’t like to play.

  9. Mr D In case you haven’t already guessed one of the best things about being in room 18 is our teacher Mr D. He encourages us to do our best and to be good citizens in school and out. He has a great sense of humour and always make us laugh. But, most of all he tries to make learning lots of fun.

  10. Conclusion I could go on and on but I believe and I’m sure you all agree by now that room 18 is the best class at Pukekohe Hill School. Oh, and by the way the F word we are allowed to use in class is Focus.
